What can I have scanned?
ezscan.com is able to scan any color or black and white photo, text document, or other item that is no thicker than 1/16 of an inch. In addition, this item must be between the dimensions of 8.5 x 11 inches, and photocopies of photos are not recommended.

How do I obtain my scanned image?
All "regular" scans are sent to the e-mail address that you provided with your order. Scanned images may also be saved onto CD or 3.5 diskette, and shipped through first class mail, if you so choose.

How long does it take to receive my image?
Once your photo, document, or item is received; it takes within 1 business day to receive your e-mail.

What file format is my image saved in?
By default, all images are saved in JPEG format due to its good compression and high quality.  However, if you would like your image in a different format, simply let us know.

What if I delete my image after I receive the e-mail?
If you delete your image after receiving it, simply e-mail us within 30 days from the time you received it, and we will send you a duplicate copy absolutely free!

Can I have a border/frame added to the image?
Absolutely!  Simply let us know what color or texture you would like to use when ordering your scans.  The current cost for this service is located under the "services section."
